This special workshop will focus on showing expectant mothers the appropriate yoga modifications during pregnancy. In addition, we will focus on connecting your innate wisdom, body and growing baby through conscious breathing and asana. A warm and supportive environment will allow you to connect to other expectant mothers.
If you are new to yoga, we recommend taking this series first to learn the appropriate modifications during pregnancy.
