Refilling Your Well with Yin Yoga

The style of Yin yoga is all about letting go, relaxation, and turning within. In times of busy schedules, or disconnection from the joy of life, Yin yoga provides a haven for the soul, a time to re-fill the inner well. We will explore 1) yin yoga postures 2) methods for centering and 3) additional tools for self-care and relaxation. Journaling will be used as a method of reflection and a tool to tune in more deeply to the inner voice. No previous experience with yin yoga or journaling is necessary.
