Upcoming Nia Schedule

We appreciate your patience as we have adapted to the coming changes in our Nia program. We thank Niki, Mary Beth, and Jess for the years of dedicated instruction they provided to elevate our Nia program to the level it is and for stoking the passion that many of you now have for this discipline. We wish them the best of luck as they move towards a new future.

acac is committed to continuing with our Nia program. We believe strongly in the benefits Nia provides both physically and spiritually. We also believe strongly in our core group of Nia instructors who remain committed to acac and to teaching all of you.

We have done our best to keep the Nia schedule intact but have had to make a couple of changes due to instructor availability. Please click on the image below to view the schedule. Changes will not begin until May.
