Vin/Yin Yoga

Experience the best of both worlds in the part Vinyasa, part Yin class, and discover the difference between active vs. passive yoga poses. This class will start with dynamic movement and end with a slower pace stretch. All levels are welcome; especially those curious about various types of Yoga.
