The Waterpark will close at 4pm on Thursday, June 21 for a home swim meet (make up of the Tuesday meet that was rained out). The Indoor Aquatics Center will remain open for member use.

Yoga Nidra

Find full body relaxation known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness. This class aids in relaxation through guided imagery. Unlike a quick Savasana at the end of class, this deep meditative state of consciousness allows plenty of time to sink into ultimate harmony and unwind your nervous system.
