Clinics

Cardio Tennis

This adult tennis workout combines your love of tennis with a great cardio workout.

Mon | 12:00 – 1:00pm

Tue | 10:30 – 11:30am | 11:30am – 12:30pm

Wed | 9:00 – 10:00am | 6:00 – 7:00pm

Sat | 9:00 – 10:00am | 10:00 – 11:00am | 11:00am – 12:00pm

Match Plays

A certified tennis professional will watch you while you play a match. By the end of your session, you will be assessed and given feedback on different aspects of your doubles play. Key foci will include strategies, formations, positioning, mental training and communication.

High Intensity Tennis Session

This adult tennis workout is a combination of tactical and stroke development. Pros introduce situations and then review the appropropriate mechanics and behaviors that apply. Situations covered include serve, return of serve, baseline vs. baseline, approaching the net and playing against a net player(s).

ROGue

This is just for adult beginners or those who haven’t played the game in a while. Learn how to play both singles and doubles with the proper mechanics and basic strategy. New sessions start several times yearly.

Stroke and Drill for 3.5 and below

The certified tennis professional plans a stroke of the week and evaluates each players basic fundatmental within the first 10 – 15 minutes. For the next 35 – 40 minutes of time, pro trains participants with the ball machine in different drills. Clinic if finished with live action play with focus on the stroke of the week.

The Edge for 3.5 and above

Learn a skill that will give you the edge in a match. This clinic will focus on a new skill every week with the goal of adding more tools to your tennis toolbox.

USTA Academy Training

The style of this clinic is based on live action point play at each level with an academy feel. Each court/segment of the clinic will have a particular tactic to focus on. Levels will be combined so everyone can experience different game styles and skill sets.

3.5 – 4.5 | Sat | 9:00 – 10:30am

2.5 – 3.0 | Sat | 10:30am – 12:00pm

Club Leagues

Season | Oct 18 – Dec 17

Men’s/Women’s/Mixed Quad League

Teams of four are formed. Daytime and evening opportunities. Players play up to 3 sets of doubles and the total number of games wins the dual match. End of season awards at each level. This is a pro run league.

Women’s 2.5 – 3.0 | Tue | 8:30 – 10:00pm

Women’s 3.5 – 4.0 | Thu | 8:30 – 10:00pm (2 Wednesdays due to holidays)

Men’s 2.5 – 3.0 | Mon | 8:30 or 9:00pm (times will alternate)

Men’s 3.5 – 4.0 | Mon | 8:30 or 9:00pm (times will alternate)

Men’s/Women’s/Mixed 3-Player League

Teams of three are formed. Daytime and evening opportunities. Each player plays 1 set of singles and 2 sets of doubles. Whomever wins the most lines wins the dual match. End of season awards at each level. This is a pro run league.

Men’s 4.5+ | Wed | 8:30 – 10:00pm

Mixed League

Players partner up or pro can assist with partnering. Evening league during outdoor season. Players compete on up to 3 sets. Whomever wins the most games wins the match and it is recorded on provided scoresheet. End of season awards at each level. This is a pro run league.

Fri | 6:00 – 7:30pm or 7:30 – 9:00pm
