One of the main reasons people join a gym is for group exercise classes.

From aquatics to strength training, yoga and more—there’s something for everyone. If you’re new to the gym or have never taken a group exercise class before, it can be overwhelming to decide which class to take. Take our quiz below to find out which class is best for you and your fitness goals!
