Prior to first equipment use, we ask that children participate in a complimentary equipment orientation session with an acac team member.

Ages 9 – 11 | May use the cardio equipment only when accompanied by a parent/guardian. May also participate in group exercise classes (except for BODYPUMP and kettlebell classes) with active adult supervision.

Age 12 | May use cardio and weight equipment on the fitness floor when accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Ages 13 & Up | May begin working out on their own and participate in BODYPUMP and kettlebell classes. acac reserves the right to revoke this privilege if it is determined that a young adult is not adhering to acceptable standards of conduct.
