We rub our belly when our stomach aches and mothers rub and rock their infants when they cry. Massage is taking the power of human touch and making it into a science.

There is something for everybody, especially those who suffer from chronic pain and poor circulation. Most techniques can be paired with each other and incorporated into one massage session, providing a more specific therapeutic massage.
