New Member Online Portal Information
On February 1 2018, acac will transition to a new software system for member management, online program registration, class sign-ups, and more. As a member, there will be a number of upgrades that will allow you to more efficiently manage your acac account. Improvements include:
- Itemized billing and emailed receipts for your records
- Ability to check sessions and auto-renew packages for personal training, nutrition, swim lessons, and more
- Advanced online registration opportunities for youth programs, group exercise classes, and special events
- Coming Spring 2018 – acac mobile app (view statements, update billing information & register for classes through the convenience of your portable device!)
To ensure a smooth transition, we need your help! Please provide us with your current contact information, including email address. You will be notified of a transition timeline, including temporary registration blackout dates, and receive instructions on how to create your new login and get started with the member portal.

NOTE: Registration Blackout Period
Between Tuesday, January 30 – Thursday, February 1, access to the online member portal will be temporarily disabled while we complete the software upgrade. Advance registration for classes (including cycle registrations) and programming (including youth programs) will be unavailable during this time. Please visit Member Services 30 minutes prior to the start of class to reserve your spot.
Members will not be able to access Tennis Bookings (system for reserving tennis, squash and racquetball courts) via internet or smartphone after close of business on Sunday, January 28 thru Thursday, February 1 while we work to transfer over all member information into our new software system. In addition, the number of days members can book a court in advance will temporarily become 3 days effective Monday, January 22. Please visit the Tennis Desk or Member Services at your club for manual registration.

Will I need to create a new member login?
Yes. All members will need to create a new member login, using the email address on file with acac.
How do I set-up a new account?
Please make sure you have an updated email address on file with acac. A membership representative or member services team member can assist you in updating this information, or you can update using the form on this page. Instructions for creating a new account will be e-mailed to you on February 1 when you are eligible to create a new account.
How do I use my new account?
Instructions for creating a new account and using your member portal will be available in the club and emailed to you, if you have a current email address on file. These features will not be available until February 1, 2018.
When will the member app be available?
Hang tight! The member app is in development and will be available Spring 2018.
