Simple Blueberry Crumble

Visit your local orchard to pick blueberries and whip up this homemade blueberry crumble! Pairs well with summer nights and dinner al fresco.

- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 4 cups blueberries

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the oats, walnuts, almond meal, coconut, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and maple syrup and add to the bowl, mixing until well combined.
- Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish and pour the blueberries on the bottom. Top evenly with the oat crumble.
- Bake for about 25-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle the top with coconut and serve warm!
