I started training with Nick in March of 2015. During the last three years, I have continuously been challenged and pushed by Nick. He has taught me a great deal about resistance training as well as nutrition. I have never felt stronger or healthier!

Being a working mother with two young children, I  found it difficult to get back into a gym routine that worked for me. My cardio-only workouts were becoming boring and weren’t getting the job done. Working with a personal trainer has made a tremendous difference in helping me get the most out of my workouts.

Nick is attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I am capable of. I am always motivated because the workouts are always changing and customized to my specific needs.

I highly recommend Nick for anyone considering personal training. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer and look forward to working with him for many years to come! – Erica Burgess
