Biography:

Driven by her personal healing journey with autoimmunity and chronic illness, Rachel is passionate about empowering others with the gift of health and fitness. In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer with acac, she is also a Certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and co-owns JoyWell Collective Co., a full-service marketing agency providing personalized and strategic branding, creative and events services. Rachel is married to fellow acac trainer Chris McLean, is a mom of three energetic kids, an avid meal planner, and obsessed with listening to wellness podcasts. Her favorite fitness activities include outdoor running, HIIT training, and barre workouts. A native to Virginia, Rachel happily calls Charlottesville home, and is actively involved in the community.
