Biography:

Training emphasis

  • I enjoy working with clients to create a functional workout program based on their lifestyle and desired fitness goals.

  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer
  • Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) Aquatic Fitness Professional
  • Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Exercise Instructor

Experience

  • Instructed “Women on Weights” program at the YMCA of Wakefield, RI, an introduction to an assortment of free weight lifting exercises; instructed teen class which included circuit training on machines and fitness room etiquette; trained members in interval workouts in group settings and one-on-one
