Banana Nut Butter Protein Muffins

Our Personal Training director, Lisa, shares one of her all-time favorite post-workout snacks!

Banana Nut Butter Protein muffins- Gluten and grain free!
1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a large bowl, mash banana
3. Mix in egg and nut butter
4. Add rest of ingredients and blend well
5. Pour in greased muffin tin (makes about 6 muffins)
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
7. Enjoy!
