1)  Choose a Discover acac Program


2)  Participate in a Group Exercise Class

At acac Short Pump, we offer over 60 Group Exercise classes a week including Yoga, Pilates, BODYSTEP™, BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™, Boxing, and even Line Dancing. Be sure to check out our schedule of classes on our Group Exercise page.


 3)  Bring Your Children

Our Kids Zone team will watch and entertain your children for up to 2 ½ hours while you exercise! This service is free for children on an acac family membership. All other acac members may purchase multi-visit punch cards or day passes for the Kids Zone. We offer a variety of other programs to keep kids entertained, too, including Kids Night Out, Junior Fit Club, Summer Camp and more! 


 4)  Bring a Friend

It’s always more fun to exercise with a friend or co-worker. Ask the Concierge how you can bring a guest to the club.


5)  Enjoy a Smoothie on the Rooftop!

Grab a smoothie and take in some sun while kicking back at the pool. The view from our Rooftop is one of the finest in town, in addition to having a pool and hot tub. We also serve lunch, dinner, beer and wine.
