Do you need a few minutes to unplug and recharge? YES. WE ALL DO! If meditation has been on your “to explore” list, now is the time! Andrew Stiles will guide you through a short, daily meditation that will allow you to unplug and disconnect, in order to get centered and focused.

Andrew Stiles is a certified hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. He found hypnosis and positive visualization techniques integral in helping meditation participants in their daily life, and athletes with their game-day performance. He specializes in meditation and hypnosis for weight loss, smoking cessation and test-taking anxiety. In these sessions, Andrew will lead participants in a meditation based on positive visualization and mindfulness exercises, to refocus thoughts, attitudes and mental health.

Would you like to see Andrew’s Meditation classes on the schedule going forward? Look out of suggestion boxes on the 3rd floor. We’d love your feedback on the best day and time that works for YOU!
