SPCA Donations: As the weather gets colder, let’s not forget our furry friends. This month, the acac Group Ex is giving to the SPCA. We will collect your wish list donations, and drop them off the first week of December, to help our furry friends in RVA.

Please see the wish list for supplies needed.

November Yoga Challenge
Our challenge to you: Practice 25 times in 30 Days!
In the spirit of giving, members who complete 25 practices in 30 days will be entered for a raffle, to win a month-long membership to gift to a friend. There will be several member-guest classes weekly, where you can bring a friend to join you for your favorite yoga classes.

In this Studio RIDE with acac Short Pump benefiting St. Jude, our instructor brings the class to life through motivational coaching in their own unique way. This technique basked workout offers flats, rolling hills, climbs, and sprints based on cadence and wattage.
