Taiji Fit means “T’ai Chi for Exercise.” In a Taiji Fit class, there are no moves or routines to learn, memorize or “get right.” The style of movement and the theories of energy, alignment, balance and flow all come from original, traditional Tai Chi. Taiji Fit is a class designed to guide you to find, maintain or restore the FLOW state, where body and breath come together to create harmony. Instructor: Heather Umberger
