Summer Survivors Group Training Challenge
Need help staying motivated this summer? Been working out regularly but not getting the results you want? Enjoy group exercise but not getting enough strength training?
Join Certified Health Coach and Strength and Conditioning Specialist Lisa Sandvig for this 14 week challenge! Lisa will provide structure, education and motivation. Enjoy camaraderie of a group with similar goals.
- Initial InBody assessment for body fat
- 30 minutes one-on-one consultation to create fitness/nutrition plan
- 12 45-min group training sessions, choose between Tues. 9:30am, Fridays 8:15am, Saturdays 9:30am
- Option to drop in to additional classes for $17 per class (non-member $19)
- Trainer support via email and social media
- Final InBody assessment
Grand Prize: Person who decreases body fat percentage the most gets 3 free 60-minute small group training for self and 3 friends (valued at $324!)
Cost: $239 for members, $299 for non-members
Dates: June 3 – Sept. 8 (14 weeks)
