Biography:

Training emphasis

  • Active aging
  • Stamina and mobility using core, balance and flexibility
  • Empowerment of beginning runners/walkers

Certifications

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • ACE Certified Health Coach
  • NASM  Senior Fitness Specialist
  • Health Coaching Certified

Experience

  • Personal trainer at ACAC since early 2016 – mostly one-on-one,
  • but also a Balance Class and
  • two basic fitness classes for beginners and returnees.

Education

  • University of Tasmania
