A fun, challenging, and educational workout

I have been training with Sue for over two years and have enjoyed every minute of it! She is fun to work with and always professional. She uses our time together efficiently and effectively. I appreciate her attention to detail and form. She is able to continuously challenge me while also accommodating my evolving needs. Thanks to her expertise, I have learned a great deal about training with kettle bells and love that they provide an efficient full body workout from both a cardiovascular and strength perspective. Interesting Facts:

Born in Africa (military brat) and greyhound rescue mom to Rudy. I have 3 Nigerian Dwarf goats named Henry, Otis, and Kevin. Can also independently move my pinky toes clockwise and counter-clockwise.
