A fun, challenging, and educational workout

A fun, challenging, and educational workout

I have been training with Sue for over two years and have enjoyed every minute of it! She is fun to work with and always professional. She uses our time together efficiently and effectively. I appreciate her attention to detail and form. She is able to continuously challenge me while also accommodating my evolving needs. Thanks to her expertise, I have learned a great deal about training with kettle bells and love that they provide an efficient full body workout from both a cardiovascular and strength perspective. Sue helps me to safely move weight and gain strength, which in turn makes me feel better on a daily basis. I look forward to continuing to learn from Sue in the future. – Meredith Diehl, MD
