Healthy Habits Holiday Challenge

Plan to do 10 healthy habits daily (all doable and not a chore!) to instill motivation, accountability, stress-less holiday activities, and to stay healthy throughout the rest of 2016. This is not a weight-loss challenge (although some may experience that benefit!) – this is a motivation and accountability group.
