Biography:

Training emphasis

  • Balance, flexibility and core strength training
  • Getting people back to movement after rehab/medical discharge/p.r.e.p.
  • Total body strength training and weight loss for baby boomers

Certifications

  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer
  • TRX Level 1

  • Began personal training in 2013, interned at a functional training facility, working with women from 35 – 60
