Core, Stability, and Balance Board Class
Join aquatic personal trainer Karen Alexander for her Core, Stability, and Balance Board class this fall!

This small group class for beginners is a shallow water balance and stability class that involves some cardiovascular components. It is a great class for those looking to improve their balance, coordination, core strength, and cardiovascular condition! You will get the FUN experience of using our balance boards in the water. Class will be held in the main pool (82 degrees).
