Gentle Yoga for Everyone

Learn how to stand tall and firm, bend forward, sideways and backwards safely and healthfully. With the use of chairs, the wall, belts and other props you will connect, physically and mentally, with their muscles, bones, spine; every part of your body from head to toe. Each class begins and ends with breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. Every-body welcome. We hope to see you there!
