Gentle Yoga: Regaining Balance

Gentle Yoga: Regaining Balance – This 3 week gentle Iyengar yoga series will be a more methodically paced class, ideal for ages 55+. Students will learn how to extend their bodies upward, outward and downward. Balance and strength will be a focus during each session. Appropriate for students new to yoga, those recovering from injuries or those returning to a yoga practice.
