Celebrate our 2018 Fall Group Exercise Schedule and race towards BINGO! The first person to complete 20 BINGO spaces will win 3 months of free dues; 2nd place wins 2 months of free dues; 3rd place wins 1 month free dues.
Labor Day Hours
Monday, September 3
acac Timonium will be open 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Labor Day. acac Timonium is open 24/7 with your keytag; no towel service will be provided that day. Our adjusted group exercise schedule is available online.
Kettlebells – bring a friend for free!

Fundamentals is a 50-minute basic class, that’s not just for beginners. We’ll help you clip in and review all the Rhythm Basics. Pushups, Dips, Tap backs, and more! All at a slower pace, so you are able to refine the moves, catch that beat, and bring your RIDE to the next level.

National Ants on a Log Day

Core, Stability, and Balance Board Class
begins Thursday, September 13 | 6:00 – 6:45 PM
This small group class for beginners is a shallow water balance and stability class that involves some cardiovascular components. It is a great class for those looking to improve their balance, coordination, core strength, and cardiovascular condition! You will get the FUN experience of using our balance boards in the water.
