Women and Weights: Strength Training Class

Do you have health and fitness goals for 2018, but need help achieving them? Trainer Carlos D. at acac Timonium would love to help! Women and Weights is an 8-week class and is one hour in length. Each class will consist of a 10-minute warm-up and 50 minutes of strength training.

Wednesdays | 6:00 PM
Thursdays | 12:00 PM


members | single payment of $400 or two payments of $200
non-members | single payment of $480 or two payments of $240
