Yin Yoga Workshop

Join instructor Becky Brose in this calming, meditative practice that will increase your natural range of motion, improve the flow of energy throughout the body, and increase your emotional well-being. Postures will be held passively for 3-5 minutes, with the help of props, allowing the deeper tissues of the body to soften and open.
Yin targets your hips, shoulders, and spine to open and access the body’s connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, fascia) and joints.
Please arrive with cool muscles, dressed in layers, and bring a blanket!
