acac Kids Zone | Ages 6 Weeks to 12

Youth Fit | Ages 9 to 11
Members ages 9 to 11 can work out on select cardio machines at acac with the supervision of a parent or adult after completing a training session. Once they have completed the training session, Youth Fit members can exercise on pieces of cardio equipment designated by an orange Youth Fit sticker.
Youth Fit | Age 12
Members age 12 can begin using designated strength training equipment after completing a training session. However, it is very important for their safety that they be supervised at all times by a parent using the same area of the club. Before using the fitness equipment (weight training and cardio machines), 12-year-olds are required to complete one training session with a Fitness Specialist. Once they have completed the training session, Youth Fit members ages 12+ can exercise on pieces of strength equipment designated by an orange Youth Fit sticker.
Youth Fit | Ages 13 to 15
After completing their training session with a Fitness Specialist, 13- to 15-year-olds may use any area of the club at any time as long as they are adhering to acceptable standards of conduct and supervised by a parent in the same area of the facility.
Youth Fit | Ages 16 and up
Members ages 16 and older are not required to complete a training session to work out in the club.
