  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) Fitness Nutrition Specialist

Experience

  • Started at acac in June 2014 as a Personal Trainer and recently joined the Group Exercise team to teach Athletic Conditioning

  • BA in International Development, University of Guelph
  • Post-graduate diploma in International Project Management, Humber College
