- Studio Ride
The RIDE that put indoor cycling on the map! In Studio RIDE, each instructor brings the class to life through motivational coaching in their own unique way. This technique based workout offers flats, rolling hills, climbs and sprints based on cadence and wattage. An unpredictable class that is engaging, challenging and guaranteed to get your heart pumping. Recommended for beginners, intermediate & advanced riders.
- Power Ride
Ready to take it to the next level? Train like a machine in this 50 minute workout. Track your performance in real time, with our Power Board, and drive toward your personal best. This RIDE offers steeper hills, longer races, and less recovery time between intervals. Recommended for intermediate & advanced riders.
- Rhythm Ride
You’ll quickly be addicted to this 50 minute beat-bumping party on a bike. Ride to the Rhythm, and feel the beat with this perfectly choreographed mix of upper bodywork, hills and drills, while getting lost with the intoxicating fusion of music. Hand weights are added to this ride for a full body workout. Recommended for intermediate & advanced riders.
- Simply Ride
Take simple steps to master your form and technique. Your 45 minute class will begin off the bike, where you learn how to set the bike up properly, for your individual fit. This workout will include a 30 minute RIDE based on standard cycling principles. Classes are technique based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
