Done at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga – opening, standing, shoulder and hip exercises, inversions, twists, backwards and forward bends, salutations, and finishing poses. Done at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga – opening, standing, shoulder and hip exercises, inversions, twists, backwards and forward bends, salutations, and finishing poses.
