Are you up for our 12 Days of Fitness Challenge? Join Personal Trainer Shannon Johnson for this festive workout that will help you keep the holiday pounds away!

Start on day one with a one minute plank and add on a new exercise each day. By day 12 you should be performing all 12 moves.

 

First Day: 1 Minute Plank
