This Tabata-inspired small group training workout is for athletes looking for an alternative to their land routine. A combination of shallow and deep water drills, medicine balls, and additional pool tools will work your legs, glutes, core, and arms in an intense workout. Aquatic shoes recommended. Minimum of four participants required.
