Aqua Training

Get a challenging and fun total body workout with our new small group Aqua Training! Build upper and lower body strength, cardio, and core all while using the resistance of the water. Ideal for general conditioning, weight loss, increased strength and energy. Small group and individual sessions available. Led by personal trainers Megan Valeski, Sarah Juric, and Donna Dufoe.
