Do you want to learn to fire up your core from the inside out? Move with breath, set your joints for pain-free pulsing, twisting, and squeezing muscle to tone and strengthen using bands, balls, and light weights. We will explore standing, seated, and floor work. Anyone can learn these principles! Class can be done seated or standing if you prefer.
