Outdoor Sunrise Yoga
Tuesdays | 6-7am | Outdoor Turf | FREE
Start the day with an all-levels vinyasa class on our outdoor turf! Please bring your own mat, towels, and props. Guests welcome! No registration required. Class will be held in the Yoga Studio in the case of inclement weather.

Garden Club

All levels of yoga students are invited to enjoy a free outdoor yoga class! Bring your own mat, hand towel, and water bottle if desired.

Boot and Bells
Sundays | 8:15am | Studio A | FREE
Kettlebell strength, cardio and flexibility work will be featured in this boot camp styled class.

Athletic Aqua
Sundays | 9:30am | Exercise Pool | FREE
Water Resistance can add a new dimension to your strength and power. The Athletic Aqua class will be full of drills and thrills to add a splash to your workout routine.

Studio Ride
Sundays | 9:30 am | Cycle Studio | FREE
This cardio workout is based on standard cycling principles. Classes are technique based and focus on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

Restorative Yoga 90
Sundays | 11am | Yoga Studio | FREE
The body is placed in restful postures and supported by props. All postures gently stretch the body while promoting rest and relaxation.

Engage Your Glutes Clinic*

Would you like to learn how to engage your glutes? Join Kyle as he provides the basics to better glute engagement through pre-workout activation, an assortment of targeted exercises, and proper movement technique. Most of us have imbalances and the glutes are often under-utilized in our day-to-day life as well as during workouts. Learn to stabilize your glutes so that you can produce more powerful movements and protect your lower back. Register in advance through the member portal.

Salsa Basics

Join us to learn the basic steps, posture, and footwork of salsa. Led by Julie Berger of Salsa in the Suburbs Dance Studio. No partner or previous dance experience required. Classes are free and open to all members. No sign up required! Guests welcome!

Squat Clinic*

If you’ve never done a squat before, now is your chance to learn how to perform a squat safely and effectively with the help of Tyler and Dr. Gabe Kresge, PT, DPT. We’ll have a short lecture about the exercise followed by demos and hands-on learning.

Fun for all ages, pickleball combines the elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis with a low impact benefit. Played with a hard paddle, wiffle ball, and low net, it’s perfect for all ages and abilities.

Join us for a wild night with balloon animals and jungle-themed fun. Guest families are welcome! No registration required.

Kids Night Out*
Friday, July 12 & 19 | 6pm | Kids Zone | FREE with Family Membership
Children enjoy games, sports, movies, crafts, and fun weekly themes while parents enjoy time out on the town! Families may register for one fun night per month. Due to popularity of the program, there is a $20 no-show charge per child. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Ask the Nutritionist: Food Tasting Table

Registered Dietitian Margaret Moses will be available to answer your nutrition questions and conducting a tasting of unique fruits & veggies including acai berries, watermelon radish, Dekopon (sumo fruit), and kohlrabi.

Practice Makes Permanent Clinic*

Learn to organize your spine and become aware of proper stable positioning while sitting, standing, walking and during your workout. Practice doesn’t make perfect, but it does create permanent movement mechanics. Find out how to help your body function at its best and increase joint longevity while decreasing the likelihood of injury.

Simply Ride*
Saturday, July 20 | 11am | Cycle Studio | FREE
Learn some simple steps for a successful indoor cycling in this beginner to intermediate-friendly class. We’ll focus on form, technique and acclimation to safe, effective riding, all set to motivating music and instruction. Each class will be 45 minutes, with about 30-35 minutes of actual ride time. Please sign up in advance through the member portal.

Kids Night Out* (EV)
Tuesday, July 23 | 5:30-8:00pm | Kids Zone | FREE
Parents, enjoy time out on the town (or a date night at Eagleview Town Center’s summer concert series!) while your children enjoy games, crafts, and fun in our Kids Zone! For children ages 2 and up. Members may register for one Eagleview fun night per season. Families must register in advance at the front desk.

Yoga of Eating*
Wednesday, July 24 | 7:30-9:30pm | Barre Studio | $25
This workshop will be based on the book The Yoga of Eating by Charles Eisenstein. It presents a new way of thinking about cravings, diets, food choices, being kind to yourself, and the “yoga” or union of self. Non-members welcome!

Thursday, July 25 | 9:30am | Yoga Studio | FREE
A mindful integration of heated vinyasa, free weights, and cardio intervals, set to high energy music to build strength, stability, and stamina.

MWF | 9:30-12pm | Conference Room | FREE
Our Bridge club is a great chance to meet fellow members and enjoy some friendly competition! The group is open to single new players or partners willing to play rubber or kitchen bridge.
