A focused, 45 minute workout specifically designed for moms and moms-to-be to keep you fit, healthy, and feeling good throughout pregnancy and beyond. Work out with an awesome group of moms who support, motivate, and inspire each other! All levels and experience welcome.
Class will focus on:
- core toning and strengthening
- correcting and preventing Diastasis Recti
- taking care of YOU
