Pilates Golf Small Group Training

Hit the ball farther, straighter, and more accurately with less chance of injury! Many golfers are now turning to Pilates as an essential training tool that keeps the body in balance and actually improves performance.

Exercises in these groups will be performed on Pilates equipment, with moves that mimic each phase of the golf swing and emphasize core strength. You’ll improve your balance, rotation, flexibility, and strength using resistance work, resulting in a more powerful swing.

Small Group Sessions
Tuesdays @ 8:30am or Thursdays @ 6pm
