Kids Day Off

What are your kids doing while school is out? Children will enjoy jumping in the jump zone, climbing in spider mountain, creating a craft, exercising in the gym, swimming and much more! Children should bring two snacks, lunch and a drink. Or you can purchase your lunch that morning when you drop off. Also, don’t forget a swim suit and towel if your child wishes to swim. Ballroom Basics with Salsa in the Suburbs

We had so much fun in July, we’re bringing Julie back for a series of beginner dance classes over the next few months! Join us to learn the basic steps, posture, and footwork of a variety of dance styles including salsa, bachata, cha cha, swing, ballroom, and more. Each class theme will be determined by the students. Vote for whichever dance you want to learn and Julie will teach you! No partner or previous dance experience required. Classes are free and open to all members. Have you been eager to try group cycling but don’t know how to get started? This 45 minute intro is the perfect opportunity to get acclimated to the bike and indoor cycle class. We begin with individual bike set-up then move to specifics of the indoor cycle class including comfort in the saddle, cues, use of the monitor, and reaching your goals with a non-impact workout! You’ll experience a brief ride and have the opportunity to ask questions. You’ll walk away from class ready to have the safest, most engaging and effective ride – while getting a fantastic workout! Soggy Doggy

It’s the official end of the 2017 waterpark season! To celebrate, you’re invited to bring your 4-legged friends to the waterpark for a DOG-ONLY dip in the pool. Please note: for safety, only dogs will be allowed to enter the pool. In addition, dogs are required to have up-to-date shot records and attend with leashes, tags, and a collar. Vata Pacifying Workshop

This workshop will be a vata pacifying practice to prepare yourself for the transition into fall. The wisdom of Ayurveda will be resourced through a 75-minute asana practice, pranayama, meditation, encouraging a daily routine, and ending with restorative poses. You’ll leave feeling grounded and steady for whatever the autumn winds of change bring.
