Vata Pacifying Workshop

This workshop will be a vata pacifying practice to prepare yourself for the transition into fall. The wisdom of Ayurveda will be resourced through a 75-minute asana practice, pranayama, meditation, encouraging a daily routine, and ending with restorative poses. About the Teacher
Lorraine Labus, RYT 500, embraces the power of Ayurveda to create a cared for and nurturing experience. She has taught students of all ages and is passionate about giving back through the practice of yoga. Her motto is “if you can breathe and move, you can do yoga!”
