Women's Outdoor Fit Camp

Fit Camp Times:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday | 9-10am
Monday | 5:30-6:30pm
Choose 2 sessions per week
12 sessions for $300
This 6 week fitness camp is designed exclusively for women and will include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, and flexibility exercises to optimize your results. You will have access to continued motivation and accountability from your trainer as well as the support of other women in the group. When we work as a team, inspiring and being inspired, everyone wins!
Camp includes orientation, fitness assessment, body composition analysis, fitness & nutrition tips, and a supportive community to guide you every step of the way!
