Yin Yoga with Singing Bowls

Find rest, relaxation, and release in this all levels practice! Be bathed in sound with Tibetan singing bowls on and around your body, combined with a series of yin postures to open fascia tissue and release stored emotions in the body. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes). Singing bowls are used to induce deep states of meditation, relaxation, and profound levels of healing. You will be sure to leave feeling completely at ease.
