Margaret Moses

Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, ACE Certified Health Coach

With over 20 years’ experience, my background is in the science behind nutrition but equally important, treating you as a whole person. Calories in don’t equal calories out—what plays a more important role is our genetics, hormones, environment, and the state of your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I can teach you how to become more aware of your mind and body and the impact it has on your health.

There’s so much more to being healthy and happy than micromanaging nutrition; it’s a full spectrum of wellness that we need to nurture.

My goal is for you to live mindfully, have fun, eat good food, and feel your best!
