Vata Pacifying Workshop
This workshop will be a vata pacifying practice to prepare yourself for the transition into fall. The wisdom of Ayurveda will be resourced through a 75-minute asana practice, pranayama, meditation, encouraging a daily routine, and ending with restorative poses.
