In an effort to create more opportunity for our members to attend an acac class we have updated our class reservation policy, effective November 1. We've extended your ability to reserve a space in class up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. There will be a $5 fee if you cancel with less than 2 hours prior to the start of the class. Class Description: The newest in aquatic exercise that provides a low-impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all fitness levels. Simple choreography set to great music. This dynamic workout combines strength, cardiovascular, and core exercises into 45 minutes. Register online at acac.com. In an effort to create more opportunity for our members to attend an acac class we have updated our class reservation policy, effective November 1. We've extended your ability to reserve a space in class up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. There will be a $5 fee if you cancel with less than 2 hours prior to the start of the class. If you fail to cancel, a no show fee of $15 will be assessed.
