Andrew Stiles is a certified hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. He found hypnosis and positive visualization techniques integral in helping meditation participants in their daily life, and athletes with their game-day performance. He specializes in meditation and hypnosis for weight loss, smoking cessation and test-taking anxiety. In these sessions, Andrew will lead participants in a meditation based on positive visualization and mindfulness exercises, to refocus thoughts, attitudes and mental health.
