Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. -Members are encouraged to bring their own mats.

Class Description: **In an effort to create more opportunity for our members to attend an acac class we have updated our class reservation policy, effective November 1. * We've extended your ability to reserve a space in class up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. * There will be a $5 fee if you cancel with less than 2 hours prior to the start of the class. * If you fail to cancel, a no show fee of $15 will be assessed. Come experience the latest Latin dance craze in this super fun class. Learn elements of salsa, merengue, flamenco, and more, while feeling like you're just out dancing. No experience necessary.
