C4 Youth Performance Training Studio

The C4 Youth Performance Training Studio offers a complete training environment for developing athletes, combining advanced equipment with expert coaching. Programs focus on building strength, speed, and movement skills that translate directly to sport performance.

Cafe

Stop by our petite café at the front desk for shakes, energy drinks, and easy grab-and-go options as a simple, refreshing way to treat yourself after your workout.

Cardio

Enjoy your workout with a view on our cardio floor overlooking the Main Line, featuring treadmills, StairMasters, ellipticals, and premium Woodway treadmills. It’s the perfect mix of performance and scenery to keep you motivated mile after mile.

Cycle Studio

Great bikes, great music, and instructors who bring the hype — our cycle studio combines Stages bikes with an electric atmosphere that makes every ride feel like an event.

C4 Youth Performance Training

Designed to help athletes reach the next level, C4 Youth Performance Training has been trusted by athletes across the greater Pennsylvania area for over 40 years. Our programs focus on building speed, strength, and athletic skill while emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention. With expert coaching and sport-specific training, athletes develop safely, move efficiently, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

GLP-1 Support

Created to support individuals using or exploring obesity management medications, this 3-month program combines personalized fitness guidance with nutrition and health coaching to promote long-term success. Our specialty trainers help you move safely and effectively while building routines that support overall wellness.

Participants benefit from individual check-ins, group support opportunities, monthly education sessions, and additional resources throughout the program

Group Exercise

No two workouts look the same at acac Main Line. Our group exercise schedule includes high-energy cycle for cardio, Barre for strength and balance, fast-paced HIIT for metabolism, and calming yoga and mind body classes for flexibility and recovery. Prefer the pool? Aquatic group exercise delivers powerful, low-impact resistance training. With motivating instructors and nonstop variety, it’s easy to stay engaged and keep progressing.

Healthy Lifestyle Support

Need accountability, looking to lose weight, or concerned about your risk for diabetes? We’ve partnered with the CDC to offer a proven, group-based program designed to help participants lose weight, build healthier eating habits, and increase physical activity. Using the Prevent T2 curriculum from the National Diabetes Prevention Program, this program focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health.

The program includes 24 guided group sessions covering key wellness topics and is led by certified lifestyle coaches who provide education, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way. Medicare covers this program for qualified individuals.

Nutrition

What we put in our bodies is so important for achieving overall health and fitness goals. Our Registered Dietitian, Margaret Moses, has over 20 years’ experience helping clients live mindfully, eat well and feel their best. Services offered include the following:

Developed by acac Fitness & Wellness, the Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) was designed with one goal in mind: to help individuals with health concerns safely begin or return to exercise, under professional supervision. Originally developed to bridge the gap between medical care and fitness, p.r.e.p.® supports recovery, wellness, and lifelong health through medically informed movement.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from a procedure, or simply new to exercise, p.r.e.p.® offers a structured, supportive path forward. And it’s not just for one type of participant; this program is open to all fitness levels and tailored to your unique needs.

Swim Lessons

Build water confidence and lifelong skills with our comprehensive swim lessons. We offer programs for all ages and abilities, focusing on safety, technique, and a love for swimming. Whether for a child just starting out or an adult refining their stroke, our lessons promote fitness, health, and wellness. Our certified instructors provide the expert guidance and accountability needed to help every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive environment.
